I ran my first 5K race on Tuesday the 24th. Lance was able to get my time for me on camera. I was pretty proud of myself. When I had jogged on my own the quickest I went was 45 minutes. I am going to run another one on the 4th of July. Lance decided he would run as well.

Congratulations on your run!! When we move to a sunnier place - I would like to get outdoors & run more (for now I just do it on the treadmill & it's a bit boring).
