Porter all of the sudden grew a ton when we brought Kadi home. He was my little baby when I left for the hospital, but not anymore. He loves his little sister. He talks to her in baby talk and says "Hi Kadi' all of the time. He wants to hold her just as much as the rest of us.

I thought I would try the bow thing. Can you tell I am used to boys? The bow looked a little big for her right now, but she is still cute with it on. She is also wearing a little bracelet that my friend Kacy made her. Isn't it cute?

We found easter baskets on our kitchen table on Easter and the boys were able to enjoy a few pieces of candy before church. When we got home Lance asked the boys if they knew who had made the big mess in the backyard leaving the eggs all over the lawn. They were very quick to help "clean up".

The boys with their loot. They were so good at helping Porter fill his basket. They even shared some of their eggs with him.

Brayden loves to hold Kadi. The problem is he thinks he is old enough to carry her around the house, so we have to be really careful with him and keep a good eye on him.

Here is Conner "watching" Kadi while Lance went upstairs to answer the door.

I asked Porter what he wanted for his birthday a few weeks ago, thinking I was going to get an answer with some toy or something, but Porter surprised me and said, "Pumpkin Pie". I made him Pumpkin Pie for his birthday cake this year. He turned 2 years old on March 15th.

Yea, we're not sure who's birthday it is.

Porter opening up his "Lightning McQeen"
T-shirt. He loves the movie Cars, and pretends he is Lightning McQueen all of the time. He'll race around the house saying his name and "vrooming" like a car.

Grandma Brown with her first grand daughter.

Conner wanted to hold his cousin Benjamin. What a proud cousin.

Brayden had to have his turn as well.

We caught Kadi sucking her thumb. Each of my kids have found it at about this age.

Here she is! Kadi Christine Brown was born on March 8th at 7:53 am. She weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 inches long. She is a doll, and we have all fallen in love.

A cute yawn. Watch out it is contagious!

She loves to look at us with just one of her eyes open. I guess she is taking things one eye at a time.
